    1. All the fireworks are purchased directly from the best fireworks company.
    2. We purchase fireworks during the summer season which ensure the highest quality of the fireworks.
    3. All fireworks undergo strict quality check prior to purchase.
    4. 25 years of experience in the fireworks business has helped us ascertain the quality of fireworks at the time of our bulk purchase.

 

  • How is 50% Discount Possible?

    1. We make 100% cash purchase on fireworks & avail special cash discounts from the fireworks companies.
    2. Purchase of firecrackers is made during off – season at special discounted rates.
    3. We purchase fireworks from the best companies at the right price and at the right time.
    4. We cut down the relative expenses such as transport and handling with no middleman involved.

 

  • How is the Consignment shipped?

The consignment is shipped using third-party lorry transport from Virudhunagar / Sivakasi to the customer city. The customer has to visit the lorry booking office at his city and collect the parcels.

 

  • How many days does it take to receive the Consignment?

Since the transportation is done through third party lorry service we cannot be responsible if there is any major delay due to natural calamities. However we assure you that your consignment shall be despatched  as soon as possible. But the actual period of the consignment reaching your hand varies from state to state. Every effort is made to see that your fireworks reach you at the earliest possible time.

  • How much amount is to be paid for Transportation?

Transportation cost varies from place to place and depends on the season. Our customer care team will do its best that the customer incurs lesser transportation cost and will tell you the estimated transportation cost for your city. You will have to pay the transportation cost while collecting your parcels at the lorry booking office in your city.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Any order will be processed only after 100% cash payment in advance.
  2. Bank charges are to be borne by the customer.Radha Pyrotechs is not responsible for any error during bank transaction.
  3. Amount deposited will not be refunded at any cost.
  4. All pictures shown in our website are samples and original product may vary slightly from sample pictures.
  5. We send the parcels through third party transport (Lorry) from Sivakasi / Virudhunagar to the customer city. Customers will have to pick up the parcels from the nearest lorry booking office at their city after paying transportation cost.
    Note: NO DOOR DELIVERY is made.
  6. Radha Pyrotechs is not responsible for any delay in Transport.
  7. If any item ordered goes out of stock, it will be replaced with an equal or higher value product.
  8. Minimum value for orders within Tamil Nadu – Rs. 3500/-. For orders outside Tamil Nadu minimum value –Rs. 5000/- and VAT Tamil Nadu-0.5%, Other States- 14.5% applicable.
  9. Transportation charges extra.
